Dropping his mammoth ‘Used To Be Like That’ EP via Darklight Recordings, veteran DJ and producer Scotty Boy is back with a 3-track offering via Darklight Recordings. The title track explores a darker side of his production prowess, turning up the heat with a bass-heavy cut and a distorted male vocal piece. ‘Move To The Beat’ is a choppy dance floor number that features fluctuating synths on top of groovy percussion. Closing the EP with ‘House U’, Scotty Boy teams up with Lavelle Dupree for a driving low-end instrumental creation. Calling upon stabbing synths and a male vocal sample, ‘House U’ will get listeners up and moving no matter where they are.
